I love this pan, it feels good to hold, balanced, great quality, and great price - alot of pan for the money!

For the price you get an excellent product. Heats evenly and cleans easily. You don't have to spend the high price to get a nice result.

Very nice pan, cooks very evenly. Only negative, I cooked pasta in it first time and the drained pasta left slight discoloration, but pamphlet that came with pan has instructions for getting rid of the stain.

It's a good quality pan, nice weight and size. The lid handle can get a little warm but otherwise fine - rice, pasta etc all cook well. This is my third Cuisinart steel pan from Cooking.com - next time I'm getting a chef's pan!

The Sauce pan is absoulutely wonderful - the perfect size for everything except my double boiler pan. No problem - use a stainless steel bowl to improvize.
