More Diners, Drive-ins & Dives: (Paperback) by Fieri, Guy

I thought it would have more content regarding the restaurants that were reviewed and would have more restaurants in the book. There should have been at least one from each state instead of several from a particular city. Also it should have days and hours of operation of the DDD being reviewed.

I have the first book also and absolutely love it. I am a huge fan of the show and I enjoy having my very own directory of all the places Guy has been and the recipes are awesome. You have got to try the recipes as well as the restaurants.

too much useless information, expected more about the places featured. disappointing.

The reason i didn't really care for this cookbook is there was way too much advertising of the restaurants and not enough receipes. Also it was for large groups of people not a normal family.

Would be better if the books were broke down by state's.

I loved the book, and Guy I think it would be neat to have an index of DDD restraunts by state so when you are traveling you could down load places by where you were going. Keep up the great work!!! John diedrich

I think the second volume would have been more functional if Guy had listed all the places he visited by state. It would be easier to figure out what might be nearby were they listed more geographically, rather than alphabetically.

I use the book during my travels to know just where the great places to eat are at.

I have enjoyed both of my copies of Diners, Drive-ins and dives. They give you a greater knowledge of who the folks are that bring us this great show. Also how they accomplish the magic of televison. The book is a great enhancement to make the enjoyment better. The show takes us to many diverse places and allows us to see the way they make many great dishes. Then comes the books that give more information as well as recipes. I waited too long when you had the dvd's and 1st book on sale. I did find the season 2 dvd at Target and bought it. Thanks for great products.

No listings for Colorado, St. Louis, Nashville, Portland OR and other places we visited. Too much California and not enough other states.

Love the show, this book has many receipes that I will be trying. I am surprised by how easy many of the receipes are!

Another winner winner chicken dinner! I'm checking off the places I've been as I read this one. Can't wait for volumn 3.

Guy and the crew add lots of comments to the recipes-information about the DDD they visited that makes you feel as though you've been behind the scenes. They personalize the cook book-I liked that. Good recipes. Only complaint I have and it's not anyone's fault..most of the the DDD are in CA and too far away from SC!!! Wish they were closer!

I was really glad to see a companion book with the 3rd season DVD (that's one thing I missed about the 2nd season DVD). The book is broken down by geographic area, so if you know you are going to a specific region, state or city, you can look here to see if there's a place you'd like to visit. I like the asides from Guy, and in some cases the owner, telling more about the places. The recipes from each place are good.

I really like the book, and also have his first book. I would like you to offer any future books with the option of having a hardcover, as well as some color pictures. It would better stand the test of time, and I would be more than willing to pay the extra price.

We have this book on hand at all times. My husband got it for christmas and since then the whole family has been enjoying it. We are planning our next trip around the DDD suggestions. Our cable network has dropped food network and HGTV so we are devastated!

As good or better than the first one. I'm looking forward to adding to the series as Guy continues on his great American road trips!
