Excellent coffee. Price is a little high especially with shipping.
I first purchased this coffee in my local market but when I returned for more, they informed me they no longer carry it. Too bad for them! Now I buy it on-line for a decent price and have it delivered to my door. And I no longer go to that market. This coffee is like returning to Italy with each cup. And it's available in decaf which is wonderful when accompanying late night desserts. It also makes a nice espresso. I'm addicted!
we've been avid fans of torrefozioni for almost 15 years, and have even resorted to drinking the ground palermo and monteacatini because we can't find the beans anywhere anymore. It's ok, but I just had a cup of whole bean cafe umbria-no comparison. If the torrefozioni roasts we love were available whole bean we'd stay with it but they're not so sadly we're moving on.jas
I was recently in Italy with a friend and became accustomed to the taste and flavor of their coffee. I purchased this for myself and my friend as a Christmas gift with rememberence of our trip.
We both fell in love with it.
It is full bodied and the aroma can't be beat.
We just ordered more.
