I finally got to use this yesterday and I was very disappointed. First I thought I had ordered a 2-pie maker--not a 4. Second You can not get a 1/4cup of pie filling in a pie.

I was very dissapointed with the Mini Pie Maker. The wells are way too small to even call it a pie maker. There is no way to cut the crust to fit properly. Maybe if a cutter also came with the maker it would have helped. Since you had to try to cut the crust to fit, each pie was different, making them cook differently. I liked the idea of making small individual pies, however this machine is not the answer. The pie wells need to be almost double the size of your product. I would have sent this maker back, but it would cost more in postage then it is worth. I plan on giving my mini pie maker to Goodwill and mark this purchase up as a bad mistake. There are reasons not to purchase online, this is one of them. Until you see this product, you can not imagine just how small the well are.

The individual pie containers are too small. A better job should have been done to pictorially show the visual comparason between the size of the individual pies and known objects...a hand, etc.

The original email that I got stated and showed a pie maker that made 2 REASONABLY sized mini pies. After I ordered it, I saw a review from another customer that said what I'm saying. The original email is misleading. The pie maker makes 4 TINY pies....smaller than a cupcake. I expected the maker to make 2 pies about 4 - 6 inches in diameter. It makes 4 pies about the size of a 1/4 cup measuring cup.

the picture I saw showed it as being bigger then it is they schould give what size it is,now I don't think I will be able to make anything in them as small as they are , all it would be is crust and no filling.
