The Product itself works very good. With a little non-cook spray it does not stick and the little disks fit perfectly in the bottom. The only issue I had is that they rusted almost instantly. So after we scrubbed the rust off we now make sure that they do not soak in water and that they are dried immediately. I looked on the box but it doesn't say what the pans are made of. I thought they were aluminum but now i'm assuming tin. Other than that they made very nice little cheesecakes and I was glad that I bought them.

They worked out very well and am glad I got 2 of them. Should have bought a third and then my original New York style cheesecake recipe would have been done quickly. I had cheesecakes baked in 15 min. They freeze well so we do not have to feel we have to eat the entire cheesecake in one week.

I am a pastry chef and caterer and I think that this is a great alternative to a standard cheesecake pan. My customers love having individual servings. Removal can be a bit tricky at first until you get the hang of it. Be sure to chill the cheesecakes completely before attempting. I purchased a similar pan from a well known cooking store and it cost $10 more. Great product at a great price.

I love the Mini Cheesecake Pan, it worked very well, and is a well made heavy duty pan.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

One way to ensure a beautiful cheesecake is to properly care for your springform pan.To prevent warping, make sure to always position it on a flat surface before opening. Simply holding it in mid-air while opening will cause the pan to lose its perfectly round shape. When finished, be sure to wash by hand and let air-dry on dish towel placed on a flat surface. Store the pan in a box or other safe place so it won't risk getting dented by your other cookware or bakeware items.
