disappointed in the sharpness level of the knife I used the steel to see if something needed toning up...no avail....not up to standard

I purchased a set of these wonderful knives for myself about 1 1/2 yrs. ago. I love them so much; they are easy to use, very sharp, and very balanced. I purchased a second set for my Step-Dad, he loves to cook, and he also fell in love with these wonderful knives. So I purchased a third set for my daughter and her significant other for a Christmas gift. I think they will enjoy them as much as I do. Whenever I need a knife I reach for one of Guy's because I know they will get the job done.

These were a gift for my husband. This was a great way to have the "man toy" for him while keeping him in the kitchen with me. He loves them and we are back to cooking together. These knives are very well made and well weighted (easy to use). I will be buying more of the set soon.

These knives are a gift so I have not really used them. I have handled them and they are well balances and fit nicely in my hand. There is a really good edge on the knife. These knives are very pretty aso, that is if you can see beauty in a knife :) .

This was a gift for my youngest son Sean, who cooks for me most every day. He said he needed a chopper or just a sharper knife since we eat salads every week. And because I receive emails from your website I went on at a time the Guy Fieri knives were on sale. And, surprise to me, he knew they were good knives because he watches Guy Fieri on TV, cooking. Sorry, I have never seen him; but, I am not important. The person the knives were purchased for is very impressed and says he loves them.

These knives are so nice. They feel good in your hand, and the angle is just right. I think I might need to buy the rest of Guy's knives.

The knives where better than expected , they have a nice weight to them and a good grip. I love the angle of the knife, makes chopping fun

i absolutely love these knives, i bought them for my husband for his birthday, but have used them more than he has. they are perfectly balanced (not too heavy) and are fantastic to look at. i can see why Guy endorsed this product. i only wish i could afford the whole set!

I bought this knife for a Christmas Gift Exchange game. Well, needless to say, every participant was determined to get this particular gift!! Thank you for such a wonderful and very reasonable knife!

My friend recommended that I buy these knives, & I am glad I finally did. These are great knives for the price, sharp as can be & the handles are the best for gripping to cut produce & meat.

This paring knife is too heavy and the blade it too thick, which makes it almost impossible to cut subjects like sweet potato without cutting yourself. I had a really bad cut very first time I was using the knife. I am returning the second one as I bought two of them.

Definitely a great value. it feels great. great balance and weight. handle feels very smooth and not cheap at all. shape is ergonomic. only qualm is that I wish the blade was bigger. I'm used to a 7 inch Santoku so a little different getting used to it. but cuts great and theres a definite potential to be very effective and fast with this knife.

I purchased this knife as a gift and it is very nice. I have worked for many years in the kitchen and the knife is balanced, and comfortable to work with.
