After a year of wear and tear in my kitchen - trust me it can be a knife gauntlet - I was hooked on the quality and design of Ergo Chef’s product. Before I knew it, I was teaming up with them to develop my own collection. We sketched a range of designs lookin’ for the select few that really rocked technically and aesthetically!

    I watch the Food Network Channel all the time and know that a chef would not put out an inferior product, because his reputation is on the line. When they arrived, I hand washed them and used them that evening on pork chops. I know it's over used, but, it cut through the meat like butter. It was at that point that my wife stood up, went to the kitchen and brought back a different steak knife. She said the Fieri knives were so sharp they frightened her.Since I do most of the cooking, I know I will enjoy these and the other Guy Fieri knives I purchased. Thank You.

    disappointed in the sharpness level of the knife I used the steel to see if something needed toning up...no avail....not up to standard

    Best cutlery I've used

    This is the sharpest, best looking and most comfortable cutlery I have ever used. It's displayed proudly on the counter and I ALWAYS receive compliments from friends and family that come over for dinner. The steak knives are spot on allowing users to cut through anything like butter - which spurs the compliments. The chef knives allow me to process foods cleaner, more efficiently and faster than ever before. Can't recommend it highly enough.

    Battle Station

    I love the battle station. It has a slot big enough for the Knuckle Sandwich series cleaver which I was very happy about. In my station right now i have the KS Steak Knives, Dragon Knife, Chefs Knife, Santoku, paring, Cleaver, and meat thermometer. I wish it held the carving set from the ks series as well. Very please with all of the Guy Fieri Knuckle Sandwich Series products...
