Nordic Ware's Bacon/Meat Grill is a healthy alternative to grilling on top of the stove. round microwave bacon cooker

For several years I have been searching for a round microwave bacon cooker to replace my previous one that cracked after many years of use. This one is far better than the rectangular ones that got caught on the turntable and resulted in some pieces of bacon burning. BUT this bacon cooker is much shallower than my earlier PREMIER round bacon cooker. Three pieces of fairly lean bacon resulted in a near spill of grease when I removed it from the microwave. Where can we find a round microwave bacon cooker that is 1/2 inch deep?

Good product for cooking 2 - 3 pieces of bacon at a time. Covering the bacon with a paper towel will sop most of the grease, leaving only a tiny bit in the drip pan.
Result was nice cripy, non-greasy bacon.
