GREAT!

I am an avid tea drinker and had been looking for a hot water boiler for some time. The Zojirushi is top of the line, built well, and does exactly what it says it does. Theres no off flavor to the water at all which is nice, the preset temp settings are wonderful. I have no complaints about this product at all. It heats water (for me) much faster then the times that are given in the manual, not a lot of waiting around for a full tank to heat up. I'm starting to find other great uses for it beyond tea too. Ramen style noodles are a piece of cake, just put them in a bowl and fill with hot water. Cover and let sit for minute or two, drain and there you go. Can't say enough. Cheapest I've seen this size volume anywhere.

Zojirushi Micom Water Boiler

If you don't have instant hot, this water boiler and warmer is the next best thing. Water stays at boiling temperature and is ready at the touch of a button. The lid is easily removed to refill the pot. Glad I purchased the larger pot b/c I usually use the whole pot for the 2 of us and refill once a day.
One of my favorite small appliances and definitely worth the money spent.

Hot water all the time, in an instant

This water boiler is perhaps the most used small appliance in my house. Everyone from my little brother to my grandmother uses this with ease. I don't have to wait for water to boil now when I want to brew coffee, steep tea, sip hot chocolate or for the occasional bowl of cup of noodles. It is super convenient to have boiling hot water any time of the day...I don't know what I did without it...probably wasting time boiling hot water on the stove or microwave (when I'm desperate - not recommended, at all). :)
