Known for his Napa Valley icon, the Tra Vigne Restaurant, Michael Chiarello has also authored four cookbooks and is the creator of NapaStyle specialty foods and handcrafted products for kitchen, home and garden. Apprenticing in restaurants since age 14 and later graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, Michael followed and achieved his childhood dream of becoming a world-class chef.
