I bought this to replace an identical one that I had for a few years. The old one had a basket that stuck and would not go down--hence my new purchase. I like the burnished steel rather than the bright stainless of the old one. They still have not fixed the cord problem. It still does not wrap well around the bottom of the toaster as they suggest you can. Still it is a nice product and I hope to get a few years from it as I did the older version!

I really like the different options you have with this toaster and the design. Toasted my bagels perfect and easy to get the english muffins out unlike other toasters we have had in the past.
