Everyone needs at least 1 nonstick skillet

This is my only nonstick piece of cookware. I use it for delicate items. The nonstick surface appears very durable and releases very easily. The exterior (MC2 finish) is very contemporary and nice looking in an updated kitchen. I have 6 LTD pieces, 1 stainlesss steel piece, and 4 MC2 pieces (recently acquired during a special promotion). All of them are solid performers and beautiful in appearance!

All-Clad: There is no substitute

I know that's the Porsche motto, but it fits All-Clad; and the 12-inch Nonstick Skillet is superb. Excellent for omelets, grilled cheese sandwiches, mirepoix, etc.

This pan is very fast heating with very even heat distribution. I wish it came with a lid. Non-stick is better than others I've used.
