Excellent, heavy weight aluminum bread pan. I think they are the best aluminum pan available on the market. Clean up is easy and they turn out a wonderful loaf of bread. Buying American is very important to me; and currently, Doughmaker's bread pans are still made in the USA!
I use a very lean ground beef for my meat loaf so a rack isn't necessary for me but ease of removing the meat loaf or homemade breads is great with this pan. ( I do lightly spray with olive oiI ). This particular purchase was a gift for my daughter upon her request....she loved using mine!!
Wonderful cake pans. Pans heat evenly and well. Quick and easy clean up.
Exceptional product. I have used the 13X9 pan for several years and was happyto see the loaf pan be produced.
I have heard nothing but good things about these pan so I had to try them. I love them. They bake very even. The pans clean up nice. Worth it to pay the price.<br>

For a crisp crust on home-baked bread, use the power of steam while baking. Simply fill an 8 x 8" baking dish with boiling water and place on the bottom of your oven when you put your bread in.
