    I bake bread all the time, and my husband has complained that we didn't have a regular bread knife. Now we do, and we use it all the time.

    The raised handle provides knuckle clearance and makes cutting bread (or anything flat) easy. This one was bought as a gift after I purchased one for myself earlier.
