I love these knives! They look awesome and they have a great feel to them when working with them. This little knife is now going to be my "go to" for all the things I use a paring knife for. The blade is extremely sharp and the blade cover makes it very safe to store.

Solid construction, substantive feel, good ergonomics, great graphics, blade appears substantial. Will know later how it wears. Right now, I really like it.

It arrived way before the expected delivery date, which was a nice surprise. It was packed so immaculately - in a special box, and more padding, inside another box - You'd thought I'd ordered some priceless antique!!! The knife looks super cool so I feel like leaving it out on my countertop as part of my decor!! Yes, it's very sharp, and I hope for the money it stays sharp for a long time!! Guy, if you come out with any more super cool looking stuff of yours please let me know!!

loved the looks but knife is too bulky to hold and peel an apple but works great on cutting board. So far it is holding the sharpness, would like the knife to be a little less weight like the shun knives.

I wanted Guy's knives very much and whrn this one went on sale was very happy. Was very disappointed that is wasn't sharp nor could I sharpen it. the style and way it handles is great tho.

This was given as a gift. The recipient was thrilled. She is a huge fan of Guy and loves to cook. She is just started to upgrade her equipment so this was a great addition for her kitchen. She only had one good chef's knife til now. Since opening it she has been using it non stop. She says it is comfortable to use. Added plus is she loves the look!

I bought one of these for my son for Christmas, and one for me. Its a nice sharp knife that feels good in your hand. I also like the looks of it, very nice.

This knife exceeded all expectations. It was absolutly stunning. Very much looking forward to trying the rest. Not to metion that it was cheaper and faster to order it from foodnetwork than walmart or target. The shipping rates are much cheaper and it was delivered on time.
