I love these knives! They look awesome and they have a great feel to them when working with them. This little knife is now going to be my "go to" for all the things I use a paring knife for. The blade is extremely sharp and the blade cover makes it very safe to store.

loved the looks but knife is too bulky to hold and peel an apple but works great on cutting board. So far it is holding the sharpness, would like the knife to be a little less weight like the shun knives.

It arrived way before the expected delivery date, which was a nice surprise. It was packed so immaculately - in a special box, and more padding, inside another box - You'd thought I'd ordered some priceless antique!!! The knife looks super cool so I feel like leaving it out on my countertop as part of my decor!! Yes, it's very sharp, and I hope for the money it stays sharp for a long time!! I wanted Guy's knives very much and whrn this one went on sale was very happy. Was very disappointed that is wasn't sharp nor could I sharpen it. the style and way it handles is great tho.
