Why oh why did they put that sharp little fork on the end of the knife. Why did they angle it at such an upward angle. Within two week I stuck myself with the prongs and they are sharp. A very poor and potentially dangerous design.
It's a little on the small size & light weight as well. Expected more bang for my buck.
I already had a tomatoe knife and thought from your description/information that this was more multipurpose as well as easier to handle. It is a beautiful knife and maybe I just needed to learn the correct technique. Have you considered a video on skills?
Trying to slice cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes, etc is difficult with this knife because of the jagged cutting edge. The knife wants to slide off the item I"m cutting part way through. It does seem well made and has a nice feel to it but I'm a knife collector and this one just doesn't "cut it" compared to most of my others.
I think knife is too small. Should be larger.
