I got these for my wife (at her request). She is extremely satisfied with them. They're extremely sharp and cut with no effort. I bought these as opposed to another (and less expensive brand) because of Kyocera's reputation for producing high-quality ceramic products (I have experience with some of their industrial line). Despite the expense, I would recommend these to anyone who wants an excellent knife.<br>My only reservation about ceramic knive in general is that you need to be very careful with them because of their brittleness (as opposed to steel knives)

This was my first time using a ceramic knife, and it was life altering! The precision and ease is phenominal! Even the toughest steak cuts like butter! A++

Bought this for my girlfriends birthday and she absolutely loves It.

I purchased these knives for my husband for Christmas. He was surprised and impressed. The packaging is nice to start with. The over all product is just the best. He read everything that was sent with the knives. He is 65 years old and siad these are the best knives he has ever used. He wants ot buy everyone on our Christmas list a set next year!
