I bought these knives about a year ago with out the Steak Knives and use them every single day...they are easy to clean and sharp; so when my sister mentioned that she would like a set of knives for Christmas, but also wanted the availability of steak knives in her set I knew where to turn...Emeril and the Food Network...found what I wanted and checkout was, as usual, very easy...they arrived with in the week and I know my sister will be pleased...Thank-you for carrying all of Emeril's products...
