Temperature resistant to 350 degrees, the durable board is nonporous and prohibits bacteria, odors, and staining. This Kitchen Series cutting board is ideal for all food preparation. At 1/4 inch thick the cutting surface is easy to use and cleans up in the dishwasher. Store in the cupboard or hang from a hook.
Purchased because it was black and would fit well in my black and white kitchen, this cutting board has quickly become a favorite tool. I use it every morning to chop veggies for frittatas and scrambles. It doesn't slide around and so far, shows no slice marks.
It's too new to judge its washability compared to the natural ones we already have.
I actually have 5 of these cutting boards. I love the way they look and perform. I use two on the top of my stove to cover the glass top burners. They wash in the dishwasher and it cleans perfectly. I have had one of them for 4 years and it looks great still.
I love the fact that these cutting boards are knife-friendly, and easy to clean and store. I'm getting some for my daughter, too!
