Despite the product page proclaiming that this is the pan "test and rated by America's Test Kitchen," it is a play on words. It might very well be tested and rated by it is not the pan "recommended" by America's Test Kitchen. They are sneaky because they could've listed the model # and the gauge thickness of this pan on the product page, which is 5303 and 18 gauge, but they don't. If they do, people would know that this is NOT the pan recommended, that one is #5314 and 13 gauge, much thicker and heavier, and less likely to warp in high oven temperature, brown evenly, etc. Now, there is nothing wrong if you want to get this particular pan, but if you watch ATK and think you're getting what the show recommends, then you'll be unpleasantly surprised!

This sheet pan feels great in your hand! The lip is substantial so you don't have to worry about getting a good grip on it when removing it from the oven. Also juices don't overflow when you butterfly a chicken and roast it on this sheet pan. This sheet pan can take the weight without bending or waffling! Since I've burned my arms more than once getting a sheet pan - less sturdy than this one - from the oven, I truly appreciate the feel of this sheet pan. There are lots of sheet pans out there, but this one will not disappoint you. I've been very pleased with this purchase and glad I purchased two (2) of them. You can't go wrong with this sheet pan --- plus it's such a terrific value!

The only jelly pan I am sadisfied after I bought diferent kinds. Finaly I found best product of VOLORAH I am really enjoying how evenly and perfect my cookies are turning out. No more burnt bottoms and uncooked tops, no more waste time to look better pan the beeeeeeeeeeeest.

First pan I've ever purchased that doesn't buckle - even in a very hot (i.e., 500F) oven. Hopefully it won't change with time. And, if that's the case, the pan will definitely be worth the price paid.

I have bought these at Costco for a much lesser price in a three pack, but that is only offered during the holiday season, and I bought these for a gift and could not wait.
