These are very good quality pans but shipping takes forever since they come from the west coast. The first order had 2 bent pans so it took another 10 days to get the replacements.
We have a glass top cookstove and they work great on it. Heat up fast, with even heat distribution. The nicest part is that they clean up great in the dishwasher!
So far, they are the nicest set of pots and pans we have ever owned.
This is the best cookware set I have purchased. I bought it because it appeared to be durable, dishwasher safe, non-stick, and was affordable. When I received it, it was better than I imagined. It is a little heavy (like cast iron) but not as heavy. It has an expensive look with the stainless steel lids and the set came with both pots and skillets to which I needed both. It can also go in the oven like cast iron so the cooking balance is awesome. Great product and would recommend this product to everyone.
The pans are wonderful. Truly are dishwasher safe. They are a little heavy when picking them up...but the heat is extremely evenly distributed...it shows like when grilling a cheese sandwich. Cheese does not stick. Every pan is so easy to clean. The handles are very secure and safe.


Homemade chicken stock tastes way better than store-bought broth, and it's super-easy to make when you've just cooked a roast chicken or bought a rotisserie chicken from the market. Just put the carcass in a stock pot, cover with water, and add salt, pepper, garlic, and roughly chopped sections of onion, carrots, and celery. Simmer uncovered for 30-60 minutes, then strain and freeze whatever you don't need immediately.
