    Great Ice Cream Maker

I purchased this item because of the Adkins diet. I have several recipes for low-carb ice cream. This product works great. You have soft-serve ice cream in about 25 minutes with very little effort.

This is a great ice cream make and the recipes are good too. I have made about 12 recipes in the short time I have had it. The grandkids love it and so does grandpa!I have had my Kitch Aid for about 8 years and the ice cream maker fits several models and all the attachments were there to accomodate either model.

I made real vanilla ice cream with it following recipe from a great Canadian chef (Patrice Demers). It was delicious and easy do do with the ice-cream maker.

I purchased this ice cream maker because I was in the market for one and already had the kitchen aid mixer, it is a great attachment, I'm so glad I bought it. It's so easy to use, freeze the bowl, put the bowl and the padel on, pour in your batter, out comes great ice cream in 30 minutes! Great value for the money.

Works great. We tried low-fat & rich recipies & they came out great. Works best if you leave the bowl in freezer for couple of days before use. We've had all types over the years & this is worth it.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Stand mixers can definitely be tough to manuever sometimes, so for easy cleanup and transportation, keep your mixer on a tray or cookie sheet. This will make it easier to move around your countertop, and if you make any mess, you can just wash the tray.
