I love trying anything Asian-inspired in marinades. This marinade is quite good, and I'm glad I ordered it. But it is rather expensive when compared to grocery store products or something like Mr. Yoshida's from the big membership stores. I used it both as a marinade for chicken, and as a flavoring sauce for a pasta salad. It is delicious!
In general I like to make things from scratch, but sometimes I just don't have the time. This marinade is a wonderful time saver to keep on hand. I used it with chicken. I can't wait to try it with salmon...stir fry beef... shrimp... scallops, etc.
Excellent flavor and most importantly keeps meats moist after barbequeing. Just wish it was available in stores.
Its good with chicken and steak..
I like Asian flavors this is tasty , a little smoky and would work well with chicken or pork
