Home Bakery Supreme Breadmaker (2-lb.): White by Zojirushi

I love the large loaves of bread it makes, along with the other options to bake cake or make jam.

I have owned two other bread machines and after wearing out the last one, a Hitachi that gave great service for five years, I was looking for a better replacement. I have heard that the Zojirushi machines were good and after purchasing can state that I think it is great! My only reservaation would be with their recipes in that I end up putting in extra yeast and water to get the perfect loaf. In their defense, however, the user guide's troubleshooting section suggests this fix. Today I'll be making more whole wheat which has always been a challenge in the past but is pretty easy with the Zojirushi.

Bread perfect every time, although the programming doesn't seem as easy as my last bread maker.

The Zojirushi Home Bakery Supreme Bread Machine is everything that I hoped it would be. I've made several loaves of bread in the week that I've had it and it performed perfectly. The timer function, which allows us to have freshly baked bread waiting for us when we wake in the morning is especially convenient. I have a long list of breads that I want to try, but we can only eat bread so fast. I'm looking forward to a lot of fresh baked bread.

Bakes perfect bread! I have yet to use the dough cycle which is the real reason for the purchase. Overall, it baked great loaves and I love the shape compared to the other machines.
