The shipping was a little slow. I was cheap and used the standard shipping rate. It took a couple weeks to receive. Overall though, i love the pressure cooker.

I am very pleased. The lady who helped with my order gave excellent service. I wanted to be sure that it would work on my induction hot plate. She checked and called me back in a timely manner. Induction cooking is the wave of the future. All pots and pans should be made to work on an induction cooking surface. I have used it several times to my complete satisfaction.

Have not used it yet. Comes with a brief instruction book that must be read before you use the cooker. That's a good thing. Seems to meet the standards of what a decent pressure cooker should have regarding safety features and overall quality of materials used to put it together. Has the 3 ply bottom that wraps up the sides a bit to prevent scorching.

Best pressure cooker I've had. The steam release valve and pressure settings work very well. I recommend this product.

You can get extra mileage out of your pressure cooker by using the bottom pan section as a saucepan when cooking larger quantities of food on the stovetop.
