The board is very hard and doesn't soak up colors or oders easily. Perfect for serving cheese as well. I love to give this as a gift. Everybody raves about it.
This cutting board looks better than wood ones and performs better than wood ones. Function and form... awesome. We have 2 of them and I couldn't be happier.
