    I used this on Thanksgiving for a 15 pound Turkey. From initial prep, roasting to clean up was a breeze. I don't do alot of roasting but that has now changed. This is an excellent roaster and I highly recommend it. Ordering was easy and delivery prompt.

    I finally replaced my old, badly stained roaster with this new one and wonder what took me so long. A perfect size for many things in the oven and large enough for frying chicken for a large gathering. Cleaning is a "no brainer"...Love it.
