pan is to heavy for only 1 handle. it needs a handle or grip opposite the handle
The Emerilware from AllClad have been the longest lasting no stick fry pans I've had. Even after the boys in the house scratch them up with the knifes they're not supposed to use these pans do not "shed" like most no sticks. While I know it's time to replace, at least I have some time without finding bits of non-stick materials in the pan.

I now have 3 pans and use them exclusively.
I'm very happy with these pans so far. I can't know yet how will the surface will last, but I like how it cooks a lot. The metal handle does stay cool, but isn't terribly comfortable in the hand, and it's not well-balanced on the big pan, which would be great with a little handle on the other side. Overall, I'm really happy I replaced my old pans with this good deal.
Superb quality pans; great to cook with and easy to clean.
very noce set of pans!
These pans are good for the introductory price. But unfortunately I did not know that the Emeril line for All-Clad was so much cheaper in look and construction than their other nonstick pans. The handles look junky and are too lightweight for my taste. I gave these away to my 20-something daughter who is just starting out, and who appreciates any new pots and pans at this stage. I'm meanwhile waiting for real All-Clad quality pieces to go on sale to add to my own kitchen.
These are the best non-stick pans out of the box that we've ever had. We've had them for a month, used them extensively, and they seem to be holding up. But, will they last? We'll see.
I love the fact that they go from stovetop to oven and no sticky messes. Wipes clean.
These pans are exactly what I was looking for! I have All-Clad pots and pans, and needed a quality 12" nonstick skillet without breaking the bank and this fits the bill. Basically, for the price I paid, I got a free small nonstick skillet! Love them both and would recommend!
I love them, they are easy to use & clean & I am very happy with them.

Sincerely,
Ruthanne Reiter
Until now I have been very pleased with cookware ordered from Cooking.com. The handles on these pans are shaped in a manner that causes discomfort when lifted. I am returning the pans unused.
For two decent quality non-stick fry pans one being 12" this was a very good deal. They work very well and again for the price you cannot beat 'em!
I use at least one of the pans everyday and am very pleased with their performance. The price was right for the 2 pan set.
I am not impressed; but they are useful. Offering lids for an additional cost could be an option. This economy inhibits what I would have liked.
Very good quality. Needed frying pans that could go in the oven and these are great.
I have another Emeril 6qt pan and expected the same quality. I am sorely disappointed. The handle is VERY thin and uncomfortable and get's very hot. Using pot holders or a towel on a handle on a gas stove is not ideal. Is not dishwasher friendly and you can't use cooking spray on it.
Pleased with Emeril's brand of pans. Will purchase more in the future. Thanks
Quite a good value for the money. Not quite as heavy as All Clad but well worth the money
This set is an 8" and a 12" nonstick skillet. I've used the 12" several times and loved it. Hubby loved it too when he used it. The 8" will get less use here. Would have preferred the set to include a 10" skillet in place of the 8". If this set was offered, I would have to order me another one and one for each of the kids. The have a nice hefty weight. They also have metal handles so you can go to the oven with them up to 450.
As an All Clad user, I was in the market for a smaller pan. I got 2 pans for the price of one. Great quality (made by All-Clad) and lighter. Excellent no stick.
