Hard-Anodized Nonstick Fry Pan (8-in.) by Emeril from All-Clad

This pan is so much more lightweight that what we had, a big plus!!This was immediately noticeable, and I handed both the old and new to my hubby for comparison and even he could tell the difference! Just after doing this, I happily threw the old pan away! The pan is a very easy clean up- totally non stick. I was also impressed that it arrived even sooner than I'd expected.

I was very happy with the 12" and am just as delighted with this smaller one.

I've used this pan for a little of everything and love it. It has consistant heating across the surface, no matter what heating level is used. Absolutely no sticking and easy clean up. At purchase, I thought it was a little more expensive than it should have been, but since using it, I think it was worth every penny spent. We have the hard-anodized surface on our roaster, also, and I'm seriously considering upgrading to this hard-anodized surface on the rest of our cookware. It's a dream to cook on.
