    I love the hard anodized fry pans. Not as big of a fan of the hard anodized regular pans. But you can't beat these pans for omelets.

    This is from what I've read many other places a better quality pan than what u get in the sets. Even the two pan set is different from the single pans. Anyway the pan is light weight and as long as you follow the directions it will last a ling time. As long as you don't overheat it is probably the worst thing you can do to a nonstick. It gas a nice flat bottom which is good for the glass tops especially but works perfect for otter types of ranges too.
