Hamburger Press (11.5-in.) by Charcoal Companion

Actually, I like Tupperware's better. They have a press and individual holders for the burgers for freezing. Unless I'm doing something wrong, it is hard to get the chuck out of the press without ruining the shape of it.

The Charcoal Companion hamburger press is the best for the money. I bought one at a department store for my home in Florida. I liked it so much that I looked for it when we came back to our summer home in Connecticut. Couldn't find one in any local stores, so I searched online and found it at cooking.com. I especially like the grooves that the press makes, because they make grilling easier and the rubs I like to use settle nicely into them.

First ime I used it made some really great burgers for the grill.Looking forward to using it often

I REALLY LIKE THE DOUBLE HAMBURGER PRESS THAT I BOUGHT FROM COOKING.COM. IT MAKES 2 VERY LARGE HAMBURGER PATTIES THAT COME OUT OF THE PRESS WITH JUST A FLICK OF THE SPATULA, ALL IN ONE PIECE. IT IS THE THICKER PATTY THAT MY HUSBAND AND I LIKE. WE BOTH LIKE OUR PATTIES WELL DONE AND IT IS NOT HARD TO COOK THEM THAT WAY. I DO NOT ADD ANY FILLER TO THE PATTY TO KEEP THEM IN SHAPE. WHEN YOU USE THE DOUBLE PATTY MAKER THEY STAY IN THEIR SHAPE. AS FAR AS CLEAN UP, I PUT IT ON THE TOP RACK OF THE DISHWASHER AND THEN NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT CONTAMINATION. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS WITH PRIDE.
