When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. Any gift item shipped to you from FoodNetworkStore.com may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on a future FoodNetworkStore.com. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns older than 60 days will be issued merchandise credit (In the form of an electronic gift certificate). Please Note: For orders placed on the former Food Network Store website (any order placed prior to 10/1/2007), please ensure you have the order number, billing name, or billing organization for the previous order written on your email or return form. We will be happy to send you a replacement product or a merchandise credit (in the form of a gift certificate) for the value of the item returned.
How do I return a package?
For your convenience, the Return Form includes a Return Label that you may use when shipping the package back to us. Simply attach the label to the outside of your package and send the package via UPS or insured parcel post. Please first remove the old label from the packaging or make sure that the returns label covers the old one.

How do I exchange an item? Our return center is currently unable to process exchanges. If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, please return the item you received according to the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item. If the return is less than 60 days old and you wish to receive a merchandise credit to use on the new order instead of a refund, please select action code C on the return form and provide an email address to receive the merchandise credit. Returns older than 60 days will automatically be issued a merchandise credit (electronic gift certificate).
