Pre-Ordering Items
Q:     What does Pre-Order mean?
A: "Pre-Ordering" enables you to purchase an item that is not currently in stock, but on order from the manufacturer. Your credit card, or other method of payment, is charged at the time your order is submitted online. Pre-order items usually ship separately from any other items on the order on a future date as shown on the Item Detail Page and Shopping Cart Page. You do not incur separate/additional shipping charges when Pre-Order items ship separately from other items on the order.

Q: Why is Pre-Order not available on items that say "Out of Stock"?
A: Currently, we are only able to provide the Pre-Order option when we have a reasonable assurance from our manufacturers and suppliers that their product will be in our warehouse within a specified timeframe.

Q: What if I change my mind and want to cancel my pre-order?
A: We will be happy to cancel and refund any pre-order items included on your order up to the point when the item ships. Once an item ships then it is too late to cancel, but we will be happy to process the item as a return.

Q: How accurate are the shipping dates?
A: The estimated shipping dates are based on information provided to us by the manufacturer. We do allow some time for our distribution center to receive the products into inventory. Occasionally some products will ship earlier than expected and in some cases may be late.

Q: What happens if the items doesn't ship on the date expected?
A: We will update you about the delay, revise the estimated shipping date and give you the option to continue waiting or to cancel the order. In the rare instances where the revised estimated shipping date is also missed, we will promptly cancel and refund your order.
