Didn't expect it to be a "mini"-book.

Book is small. Tips are good. Photos are good. Not every recipe has a photo, though. Fewer recipes than I expected.

Not entirely true but close enough to the fact that the recipes contained with in are a major staple of men. This book is right on when it comes to quick easy meals that almost every man would enjoy. This book has meals that can be enjoyed more than once a day or a few times during the week. The recipes are displayed in a concise and orderly way of fixing them. A must for the not all the time cook. Rachel has done an excellent job on the selection of ingredients and methods of fixing these great meals. I will continue to watch her show daily and learn as much as I can about her cooking. She is the best in my opinion.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Before serving cooked meat, be sure to let it rest for several minutes. It will actually continue to cook after coming out of the oven or off the grill. Also, allowing it to rest will keep your meat tender and juicy.
