I was very disappointed in his cookbook. Nothing exciting stood out except the art work. I will give it to someone. Not my cup of tea.

This book" illustrations are too lively for the other content. I enjoy readinf cookbooks as well as preparing from them. ????This is difficult with crazy items on the page.

I love Guy's recipes but this book really didn't do it for me. He has so much more to offer.

More filler than recipes

I was disappointed in this book, because I wanted more recipes, and what I got is a lot of filler, that I am not interested in. I love Guy's 3D television show and I already know his background. Two or three recipes in each section left me feeling a little bit empty. I would say if asked if you should buy the book: 1. If you want a history of Guy's climb in the restaurant world, then yes. 2. If your looking for recipes like me, then NO.
