long on chatter, short on matter

Shopping with food network is an "Awesome" experience. You couldn't ask for a better website to shop. I highly recommemd this to all.

it doesn't matter which of his shows you are a fan of, if you love Guy, you will love this cookbook. it's more than just recipes, he goes the extra mile and gives you introspective stories. i was suprised to find out that his sister passed away (he dedicated the book to her) but found that out when i was reading the book. i cannot comment on the recipes yet as i just received the book a few days ago. i have waited a long time for Guy to have his own cookbook - Guy's Big Bite has been on the air for a long time - too long to have to wait. At least now, the wait is over.

This book is full of beautiful food pictures, easy recipes. Have had it for a week now and have cooked 2 recipes, both of which are delicious! Really cool graohics and stories, nice to see his peeps. He is coming to town for an exhibition & plan to have him sign it, can't wait!

This is a wonderful book. The recipes are great. I like the infiormation about a weel stocked pantry and all the kitchen untensils one would need, although for a normal family seems a little much. If I stocked my pantry will everything suggested I would have to enlarge my kithen three fold, but it would be wonderful. I have used several of the recipes and they are out of this world. I have suggested this book to many friends and am planning to buy another two for my son and a friend who loves Guy's recipes!

We both think that Guy has a real winner here - we bought the Kansas City type and it was excellent. Since we had the thrill to meet Guy at the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco. He was introducing the sauce at that Show , and that is why we bought it. We also got to meet "Gorilla" which was an extra treat.

I love Guy anyway but this but is the best and with GREAT recipes!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for our daughter this year. She loves Guy (and Alton and Bobby) so she is going to love this cookbook! I took a look at it and it has plenty of pictures and the instructions are clear. It will be happy cooking for her!

great creativity and style...I like it.

Guy's book is entertaining and full of information about ingredients. The section on vegetables is great. The stories from family members and friends makes it truely personal. Some of the receipes have lots of ingredients but are not overly difficult. I look forward to many more meals using his book

I really expected more. If I had looked through the book before I bought it I would not have bought it.

My son loves to cook and likes Guy so I tried to get his cookbook for Xmas but was suprised he didn't have one yet. I ordered this as soon as it came out and was very impressed with the quality of the book. It's big, beautiful, and full of great recipes! My son loved it and now I need one too.

this is the best and most understanding on how-to-do dishes compared to other cookbooks I have. This one reminds me of the OLD Betty Crocker cookbook that I found at my mom's house that she used for 66 years. My dishes I have made already turned out and tasted so good my family liked it all. I am so happy with the purchase of Guy's cookbook.

I love Guy's recipes but this book really didn't do it for me. He has so much more to offer.
