I have been looking for a good hamburger press for a long time- they are not that easy to find-- when I saw this one- it was everything I was looking for-- so glad I purchased it and would highly recommend it to others to purchase.

After I washed this product in the dishwasher for the first time, the protective red top would not fit any more.

Used to make 6oz mushroom, bacon, swiss burgers. Made a perfect burger even with all those ingredients, well formed burger and lining made burger release a breeze.

A little pricey for a burger maker but I love just taking a (perfect) pre-made burger out of the freezer cook and eat. It's GREAT !!!!!!

Not quite what I had hoped

Have had old Tupperware burger presses in the past and was looking for something similar.

My burger mixture (73/27 ground beef, salt, pepper) would not pack properly with this press. Burgers were loose and just feel apart once removed from the press. Removing from the press was not easy either after the 1st burger was pressed, even using a Canola Oil spray on the press prior to putting the meat in.

Overall was very disappointed and will shove this device into the back of cabinet until I can find some other use for it. In my humble opinion this was a very, very poor purchase for the money.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Before serving cooked meat, be sure to let it rest for several minutes. It will actually continue to cook after coming out of the oven or off the grill. Also, allowing it to rest will keep your meat tender and juicy.
