New glass cooktop, had to get rid of old stand-by cast iron pan. Burners heat up more than old top, so have to watch and not set up to high. Have used pan twice, nothing extraordinary but will keep trying to get it right.

Bought as a gift for my husband who has been wanting a grill pan. He loves it and I get to enjoy the benefit of watching him cook on nights it I'd being used!
