Green Gourmet Hard Anodized Nonstick Skillet (8-in.) by Cuisinart

I have been searching for this fry pan, because of the boasting I've read in reviews and on their advertising. I am trying to stay away from any type of fat/grease and this pan promised to be a non-stick pan without needing to use any type of fat/grease to cook various foods. I've used this pan several times, and all but one time, my food stuck to the bottom of the pan (eggs, pancakes, etc.) How disappointing!!!! What a waste of money that I squeezed out of my budget. Buyer beware.

I was just not aware 8inches was so small so my fault.

I purchased the Cuisinart green skillet because of disappointment with another product I bought which looked to be PFOA-free but turned out it was. The cuisinart skillet has performed very well, though I have only used it 5 times. It washes easily, eggs don't stick, and best of all it is safer than some of the others that cost twice as much. I realize I will have to be careful to protect the finish, but don't mind that. I have iron skillets that I can use for other purposes. i may go ahead and buy a larger one next.

Have yet to use it very much, but so far so good!
