I absolutely love this. I've made scrambled eggs in it twice with no butter and it did not stick. Heats fast, sturdy, a dream to clean. Feels like it will last also.

This Cuisinart eco safe line is worth it. Non-stick is excellent and it comes to heat quickly.

In my quest for cookware with healthy non-stick cooking surfaces, I have purchased evey pan recommended by the health experts, many of them very expensive pans. NONE of them perform or clean up like these. These pans not only heat quickly and evenly, they're light AND they're a total breeze to clean. Just a wipe and a swish and they're clean. They are truly amazing. I have now donated all my other pans to Goodwill. These are the Best! I read all the reviews before I bought these and some complained that you cannot stack them. I just put a cardboard spacer between them. No problem!

Excellent eco-friendly non-stick; comes to heat quickly, wipes clean most of the time regardless of oils, etc. A great choice!

This is my most-used skillet. Cooking is fun again!
