These are some of the best knives you will ever own. The sharpener works on these and all other knives you have in the kitchen and if you happen to own the kind of kitchen shears that come apart, this will keep them sharp for years to come.

The small paring knife is the perfect size and fits my hand well.

The larger knife is also excellent for food preparation and will chop, slice and/or dice quickly and easily, even slicing through tomatoes with ease.

I would buy these again and again, although you won't have to and recommend them to everyone.

I'm slowly getting my collection together. They are so worth the price you pay. But it's even better when you get a good deal like I was able to get. I love the look of the Grand Prix handles. I'm very protective of my knives. Nobody is allowed to misuse my knives or even put the them in the dishwasher!

I would rate these knives a 5 if the paring knife didn't have a small burr on tip. As yet I don't know what to do about it. I hope it works out with sharpening. Any suggestions?
