This is an excellent knife for the price. It is exceptionally sharp, and the handle is a comfortable fit. It glides through bread and other food products I tried it on.
Remember never to store good bakery bread in plastic bags- it will ruin the crust. Instead, store in a paper bag at room temperature. If you don't finish it within a day or two, slice and put in the freezer for the next time you want toast for breakfast.
