This knife has cut through everything I've tried with very little work on my part!
This is a very good boning knife. The handle does take some time to get accustomed to.
Wustof is THE only name in cutlery. Best design and quality hands down. All you need to do is make one cut to be convinced.
I purchased this knife separately since it wasn't included in the set I finally decided on. I do all of the boning and fileting of chicken and fish so unlike some non-professional cooks, a filet knife is something I get a lot of use from. This is a nice knife, very sharp and well balanced. I highly recommend it.
