I was looking for a good paring knife and this 4in fits the bill. It does wonders in the kitchen from paring to cutting small cuts of meat that just need trimming. I highly recommend this knife.

Great paring knife! I bought one a few years ago and gave it as a gift to a friend's mother. Her daughter was helping out in the kitchen and began to use her mother's knife. Pretty soon sharing the knife became a challenge. This year I bought one for myself and one for the daughter. No more sharing problems. The knife is well balanced and fit's my hand perfectly.

This brand of knife is great! I own a lot of them and needed to add to my collection. This is the only brand I will by for my kitchen.
