Craftsmanship has been a tradition at Wusthof for over 190 years. Quality and precision have always been the standard that we measure our knife by and our Gourmet line of stamped German knives take precision to a new level. Each knife in this line is cut from a piece of steel using a laser beam to make a perfect blade. Comfortable to hold and razor-sharp, the 7-in. Deli Knife cuts slices of cheese, meat and sandwiches with ease. The offset blade lets you get even slices in a single motion, especially with harder foods that require a little more leverage. The blade is slightly serrated so you leave food intact. It also provides ample clearance between the knuckles and the cutting board.

Wusthof Knives
by Sandra, CA

All of my knives are Wusthof and I wouldn't have any others. I have them professionally sharpened each year. The man always says I have knives for a lifetime. Hint: you can use this knife as a spatula frosting a cake. The final pass gives an interesting look from the serrated edge.

I used to do catering and have not found a knife I liked till this one. Love the way it slices everything like it's going through butter, and would recommend this to anyone who loves a sharp knife. A great buy for the money!

Fabulous knife!
by Paula, NY

I just love this knife! I have never had one before that cut through breads of all sorts easily and without causing any damage. Same for using it on sandwiches. Highly recommend it.

My go-to knife when a serrated edge is needed. The balance of the knife and the superior edge makes it an excellent bread knife, especially for slicing through hard crusted breads, bagels or sandwiches.

This is a fabulous knife for slicing vegetables--especially tomatoes. I've also used it for slicing cooked chicken. I would reccommend it as a great all-purpose knife.

Serrated knives are great for chopping squares of chocolate for melting or garnish.
