Deboning Knife
by Wendell, VA

Nice knife and very good quality.Would prefer a thicker blade for meat and a
thinner one for fish but this model is a compromise, yet useful for a variety of tasks; meat, fish, poultry.Rather than buy two different style deboning knives,
I felt this was a very reasonable alternative at a very good price.

Good Price
by Rafael, FL

Overall an OK knife. The one thing that held me back from a five star rating is that in, my opinion, it did not hold the edge while dressing a PSMO. Had to clean and hone again. Maybe this is normal for such detailed work. Would, however, recommend.

Not a top of the line, but a great value.
by Ryan, VA

I usually prefer the weighted feeling of a forged blade instead of a stamped blade. But that's my only complaint with this knife. The blade is supremely sharp and holds an edge well. Full tang construction make it sturdy and the thin curved blade works exactly as expected for a small boning knife. If you can get it on sale. Buy it.

We try to keep up-to-date on how our favorite fish are doing. Sometimes, popular fish can be in danger of becoming overfished or extinct, and need some time to build up their numbers. Check online, or ask your fishmonger, which fish are the smart ones to choose.
