we brought this for my mother who has arthritis in her shoulder. she can lift this with ease and the spout opens effortlessly. the kettle heats with ease and rapidly. the rubber grip on te handle is great.

This is a wonderful tea kettle for someone with a strong arm. It has a very easy spout/pouring system, but it is extremely heavy. I am planning to return it because it is too heavy for my 72-year old mother to use on a daily basis.

Lovely design, easy to fill and pour.

After searching for a practical tea kettle, this one fit my expectations. The handle is soft and easy to grip, plus the steam is away from my hands when in use. It is slightly heavier than other teakettles but it is made so well the extra weight adds to the excellent quality.

I found out after I bought this tea kettle that I could have gotten it for $20 less at Target. So, I don't think it's a good value for the money, you have overpriced it.
