Alton's cookbooks are a blast...you truly read them front to back and then go back for more and decide which recipes you want to try.

All of his Good Eats is just like viewing his show. Just as informative fun way he bring tidbits about whatever he is cooking.. Love this book and all three of the Good Eats books.

I bought this for a gift. It was much bigger and so full of all kinds of stuff that I very pleased. Much better than I expected. Love it!! Now I have to get my daughter one of these books.

Have watched his shows since food network has been on the air along with all others. Being retired, my tv is on this channel all day long, and, I've learned quite a bit from all the chefs. Thank you. Actually bought this as a gift, but I did peruse through the pages and found this book as enlightening and entertaining as the others. My Daughter was very ecstatic when she unwrapped the book.

Alton make cooking a science lesson that is fun and interesting for all. His recipes are always the best tasting because he knows exactly why things pair well together. I would recommend this to anyone who loves to cook and have fun while doing so.
