This is really a great idea for keeping your prep area clean. The scraper is great for getting you veggies from the board to the pot in a quick minute. The bowl is great for whipping cream as it has a non slip bottom and doesn't travel around the counter. Great stuff.

This is my second bowl and I love them for so amny thing beside garbage, great size and construction. The scraper I bought as a gift because I use mine so often. Don't know what I did before I had one and my friends cook a lot so I wanted them to enjoy also. I already bought them for my kids.

My mother had a bowl exactly like this when I was a little girl. I grew up in a rural area and we had a very large garden. My mother used this bowl to snap her green beans in, peel her peaches in to make jelly and jams. She also used this bowl to shell peas in. When I got a little older I had the job of snapping the green beans and shelling the peas. I also used this bowl. I must admit that this was not my idea of fun but snap and shell I did. I only wish I knew what happened to my mothers bowl. She must have disposed of it after I left home for I can't remember seeing it for many years before she passed away. I just had to have this bowl.
